Angela & Rob had a specific look and feel that they wanted to achieve which made it easier for the designer when developing the concept drawings.
The design of this home saw the creation of two imposing peaks at the north elevation of the building that required significant steel work. This allowed the open space and raised roof line sought by the client’s in their main living area and allowed the construction of an open and inviting alfresco.
The home was clad with rendered Hebel Power panels, highlight double glazed windows to compliment the high ceiling of the living room and decking off the main living area flowing past the kitchen out into the alfresco.
A double sided wood heater with a heat transfer system added to the comfort of the home. With four bedrooms, two living areas, an office and the extensive outdoor entertaining areas the project has delivered a very comfortable, energy efficient and impressive home.
